How does escrow payment work?
When you book a session, your payment is locked in a secure third-party escrow account. The coach has no access to it. After the session, you validate and the payment is released to the coach. In case of dispute, our team steps in to arbitrate.
What is 'Pay-for-Progress' mode?
You set a trophy goal (e.g.: go from 6000 to 6500). Our system automatically verifies your progress via the official Supercell API. If the goal is reached, the coach gets paid. Otherwise, you are fully refunded.
How do I become a coach on the platform?
Create an account, link your Clash Royale player tag, then enable 'Coach' mode from your profile. Fill in your specialties, rates and availability. Your profile will be immediately visible in the Coaching section.
What is the platform commission?
The platform charges a 15% commission on each validated session. This covers hosting, support, payment processing (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy), and ongoing platform development. Coaches who refer students get a 2% reduction on their commission.
